About the part
ASI Pakistan works at the van of reform sweats in Education, Economic Development and Investment rallying, profit and Investment Climate, and the Justice Sector. We work with guests within Federal and Provincial Governments, with services in Peshawar, Lahore, and Islamabad.
As part of an investment in its strategic capability, a part has been linked working nearly with the Head of Country to support systems that expand ASI's sustainable impact in Pakistan.
We're seeking a dynamic, motivated, and problem- working Country Programme Assistant, who represents ASI's values( i) Resourceful – always find a way( ii) cooperative – always seeking productive hookups( iii) Innovative – constantly thinking of new and better ways to do effects. It would suit an early career professional( 1- 3 times), with excellent communication chops, a growth mindset, and high ambition.
The part will conduct primary exploration into targeted subjects, developing high quality written and visual products to effectively communicate the work of ASI in Pakistan. The part will also give important executive support to the Head of Country office to make it more effective.
The part is primarily internal facing and is a high exposure part, with experience interacting with high position labor force( internal and external) from the onset.

Tasks
Develop quality written dispatches on the work of ASI in Pakistan, felicitating the dispatches work of being programme brigades, expanding to targeted stakeholdergroups.Support development of quality visual dispatches. This may involve visual design work or working with graphic designspecialist.Develop donations to grease high position internal and external conversations, representing complex information shortly in ways that enables quick understanding, and a focus on the crucialpoints.Internal dispatches within the ASI Pakistan platoon on crucial subjects(e.g. training, terrain, etc) Conduct exploration into specific subjects, to understand high pockets of moxie and key individualities on these subject matter within Pakistan and implicit mates onbids.Background exploration to inform flings and competitiveenvironment.Compiling and managing a adviser database from all active and inactive programmes to support quality rapid-firerecruitment.Provide writing support tobids.Provide briefings on important academicpapers.Provide regular briefing to HoP on outstanding conduct and crucial updatenews.Provide scheduling support toHoP.Attend, nanosecond and expend coming way for internal and/ or external programme meetings as needed by theHoP.Assist Head of Finance and transnational advisers with visaapplications.Identify and give support in recording sources of VfM for ASI’s work acrossprogrammes.Provide immediate backstop option for PM brigades in case of a PM leaver – progression from this part would probably be into a PM part on one of our major reformprogrammes.Background exploration to inform flings and competitiveenvironment.Create templates for trackers, internal reporting etc ifrequired.Monitor and administer threat operation system, supporting HoP and platoon to manage pitfalls and resolveissues.Promote internal health well- being amongst programme brigades and ASI Pakistan members, supporting any action of the Pakistan internal healthlead.Ensure collaboration for meetings andschedules.As this is a new part, the focus of the part and tasks will evolve over time.
operation/ Reporting
The part will report directly to the Head of Country, with crucial liability to the Senior Management Team in Pakistan.
